The Vivo Z5x was launched in the month of May, and now the company has announced the vanilla version of the smartphone with a better camera, more powerful chipset, and a waterdrop notch camera at the front instead of a punch-hole camera. Another addition is that the fingerprint scanner is now under the screen. The phone I am talking about is the Vivo Z5.
Vivo Z5 Features
The Vivo Z5 is powered by a Snapdragon 712 chipset coupled with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of internal storage. The display measures 6.38 in diagonal packing a 1080 x 2340pixel resolution and since it has an under-display fingerprint scanner, the panel is AMOLED.
From the camera department, the Vivo Z5 is well equipped with a 48MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP wide-angle lens with f/2.0 aperture, plus a third 2MP unit for depth sensing. Naturally, the phone has a dedicated night mode for better low-loght stills. The notch houses the 32MP unit again with native pixel-binning support.
The Vivo Z5 has a big 4500mAh battery which provides juice to the hardware, supports 22.5W fast charging, and reverse charging for your devices. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9.0 Pie.
