Vivo S6 5G is a midrange smartphone coming from the Chinese phone maker. The phone comes with an AMOLED screen, four cameras, dual-mode 5G connectivity, a 4500mAh battery, and Samsung’s Exynos 980 chipset which can also be found in the Vivo X30 and X30 Pro. Vivo S6 5G Features
Just like I highlighted from the start, the Vivo S6 5G has a 6.44 inch AMOLED display of FHD+ resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels). The display has a waterdrop notch which accommodates the 32MP front-facing camera. The panel comes with a 20:9 aspect ratio and features an in-display fingerprint reader.
At the back of the Vivo S6 5G, you will find the circular hump which houses the foru cameras. The camera setup is made up of a 48MP main camera which is paired with an 8MP ultrawide angle lens. The others are a 2MP macro snapper and 2MP depth helper.
The S6 5G Exynos 980 chipset is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. The battery has 4500mAh capacity and support 18W fast charging. On the software front, the phone runs on Vivo’s Funtouch OS 10 based on Android 10.
Vivo S6 5G Price and Availability
The Vivo S6 5G will be available in Black, Blue, and White colours. Pre-orders are ongoing as we speak, while official sales will commence from April 4, 2020. The price for the 6GB/128GB version is CNY2,698 ($380), while the 8GB/256GB variant will cost CNY2,998 ($425). There are no words concerning the international availability at the moment.
