Vivo announced the iQOO smartphone series as its gaming lineup. First of all, it was the Vivo iQOO with Snapdragon 855 chipset which eventually got updated to Snapdragon 855+ with a new name Vivo iQOO Pro. It also has a more affordable variant called Vivo iQOO Neo with a Snapdragon 845, and this same device received a successor named Vivo iQOO Neo 855.

Vivo iQOO Neo 855 Features
The name obviously reveals the upgrade is just the chipset – it comes with the Snapdragon 855 platform Qualcomm. The iQOO Neo 855 also comes with faster charging; instead of the 22.5W it now reaches 33W. This fills the 4500mAh battery 30% faster than the original Neo.

Apart from these two, the Vivo iQOO Neo 855 is pretty much the same as the original version. It comes with a 6.38 inch Super AMOLED panel with waterdrop notch and UD fingerprint scanner, three cameras on its rear and the very same Funtoch 9 interface, based on Android 9 Pie.
Since the iQOO Neo 855 is a gaming smartphone, it has some software boosters to boost most of the hardware – they are called Game Magic Box + Game Space 2.5. It also has a liquid cooling solution that brings a thin long pipe with actual liquid inside and a Cooling Turbo thermal management feature that “efficiently dissipates” heat across the whole device and the CPU and GPU can work uninterrupted in high frequencies.
