Samsung announced the
Galaxy M21 in February 2020, and in March the same year, the company added
another smartphone to its M series – the Galaxy M21. In this article we shall
be looking at the main difference between the two phones, and also the Samsung Galaxy M21 specification, price, as
well as release date.
Samsung Galaxy M21 Features
The main difference between the two phones is clearly seen in the camera department. The Galaxy M31 comes with a quad camera setup which is made up of a 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide, 5MP macro, and 5MP depth sensor units. On the other hand, the Galaxy M21 features a triple camera which is a combination of 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 5MP depth sensor modules. The 32MP selfie camera on the Galaxy M31 is also downgraded to 20MP on the Galaxy M21.
Apart from these
differences, the Samsung Galaxy M21 matches
the Galaxy M31;s specs. It is powered by Exynos 9611 chipset and comes in two
memory configurations – 4GB/64GB and 8GB/128GB. The Galaxy M21 runs on Android
10-based One UI 2.0, and it also has a dedicated microSD card slot for storage
expansion by up to 512GB.
The Samsung Galaxy M21 also features a 6.4 inch Full HD+ AMOLED display
and packs a 6000mAh battery that charges through a USB-C port up to 15W. The
phone also has a fingerprint reader on the back for biometric authentication.
Samsung Galaxy M21 Price and Release Date
The Samsung Galaxy M21 price isINR12,999 ($175/€160) for the 4GB/64G memory option and it the release date in
India is slated for March 23, 2020. It will go on sale in India through Amazon
India, and the available colours are Raven Black and Midnight Blue.
