Today, Samsung unveiled the world’s first smartphone with camera hold in the display. It is none other than the Samsung Galaxy A8s. Samsung calls it the infinity-O design, and it is obvious the company beats Huawei to the new innovation, as the Huawei View 20 will be second in this line. Samsung Galaxy A8s Features
The Samsung Galaxy A8s in-display camera is not the only key feature of the smartphone. It also comes with a powerful Snapdragon 710 chipset paired with either a 6GB or 8GB of RAM, depending on the option you bought. The internal storage is 128GB, and it can be expanded up to 512GB via the use of microSD card.

The screen of the Samsung Galaxy A8s incorporates a camera hole that is 6.7mm wide for the selfie shooter in the upper left corner and it stretches to 6.4 inches in diagonal. The resolution of the display is 1080 x 2340 pixels, with a tall 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Looking at the camera department of the Samsung Galaxy A8s, on the back you will find a triple camera setup that consists of a 24MP main sensor with a large f/1.7 aperture and a secondary 10MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 opening. The third one is used only for depth sensing and it’s 5MP with f/2.2 aperture. At the front, you will find a 24MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The fingerprint reader is right there as well.

The Samsung Galaxy A8s will be available in three colours; Gray, Blue, and Green. The phone can be pre-ordered until December 21, 2018 in China, and we guess shipping will begin after that. The sad news is that there are no official word about the pricing for now, but from our observation is should be around the upper-mid-range segment.
