Realme announced a new budget smartphone within the week, called Realme C11. The phone is powered by Helio G35 chipset just like the Redmi 9C I wrote a review about a few days back. Read on and set your eyes on the Realme C11 specification, price, and release date in Malaysia.
Realme C11 Features
The Realme C11 boots Android 10 with the company’s UI on top. Looking at the memory configuration, the phone has 2GB RAM and 32GB storage on board. The internal storage can also be expanded up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD slot.
The C11 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch for the 5MP selfie camera. The phone has a Geometric Art Design at the back, which is quite new for a Realme smartphone. Also, the panel appears to have a texture that should help with the grip.
The Realme C11 is also the first smartphone from Realme to feature a new camera layout that the company’s Indian CEO. Madhav Sheth talked about around two weeks ago. The C11 has two rear cameras (13MP main + 2MP depth) in a square-shaped module which also includes the LED flash and text that reads “AI Camera”. The C11 lacks a biometric scanner for biometric authentication, but it has Face Unlock which you can carry out via the front-facing camera.
The Realme C11 is powered by a 5000mAh battery which supports reverse charging and draws power through a micro USB port at up to 10W. The manufacture says the battery can offer 40-day standby or up to 12.1 hours of gaming 12.6 hours of movies watching or 31.9 hours of voice calls.
Realme C11 Price
The Realme C11 price in Malaysia is RM429 ($100/€90), and it is offered in Pepper Grey and Mint Green colors. The C11 is in direct competition Redmi 9C that comes with an extra rear camera and fingerprint reader.
Realme C11 Release Date
The Realme C11 release date is slated for July 7, 2020. The phone will be available through online retailer Shopee.com and customers will get the Realme Buds 2 earphones for free with their purchase as a part of the launch offer.
