The Oppo R15 and Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition are now officially announced. Just like we initially expected, both phones came with notched tall screens, dual-camera setups and glass bodies. In my previous post, I had already giving you details and specifications of the Oppo R15, so it is now time we look at the Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition specifications, features and price you can buy it once it is released.
Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition Features
Both the Oppo R15 and Oppo R15 DME came with notched 6.28 inches OLED screens with resolutions of 1080 x 2280 pixels. This means there is no news of a Plus version at the moment. Both phones also share the same design, which is a glass back with a polished metallic frame.
The Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition and Oppo R15 also come with the latest ColourOS 5.0 based on Android 8.1. It has a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant that learns your usage patterns, and fast 0.8s Face Unlock.

The Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset with octa-core Kryo processor and Adreno 512 GPU. The processor is coupled with a 6GB or RAM for enhanced performance, and 128GB internal storage. The battery is slightly smaller compared to that of the R15, as it has a 3400mAh battery with VOOC charging.
The camera on the back of the Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition is a 16MP Sony IMX519 sensor main shooter, accompanied by a 20MP f/1.7 snapper, which we can only assume is the same like that of the Oppo R11s and OnePlus 5T. All fancy AI automatics and portrait effects are present, but the Oppo R15 DME features a new 8MP face portrait mode which is exclusive to it.

The Oppo R15 DME has the same connectivity suit as the R15, except for the support for the newer Bluetooth 5.0. The phone will be available in two colours, which are red and Ceramic Black.
