HMD has announced a new smartphone – the Nokia 8.3 5G. The phone is placed in the “flagship killer” segment. The key feature of the phone is a great big display, a quad camera with ZEISS certification and the trending 5G support. Read on to see its fill specification and price.
HMD made it known that the Nokia 8.3 5G is all about futureproofing – it supports more 5G bands than even the costliest flagship you will find in the market at the moment, this makes it compatible with all the existing anf upcoming 5G networks around the world. Nokia 8.3 5G Features
The Nokia 8.3 5G is built around a 6.81 inch Puredisplay of Full HD+ resolution. It is an HDR panel with Adaptive display support that adjusts contrast depending on how much light is around you. Inside the punch hole in its upper left corner sits a 24MP front-facing camera with ZEISS optics.

The ZEISS quad camera on the back of the Nokia 8.3 5G has a 64MP main sensor and a 12MP ultrawide module designed with a focus on video recording and low-light performance. In binned mode its pixels reach 2.8µm in size and it also gets ZEISS cinematic effect that gives you more control over the video capture. OZO audio and action cam mode complete the camcorder arsenal.
The other two cameras are less exciting – a depth sensor and a dedicated macro camera.
Under the hood of the Nokia 8.3 5G, lies a Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with either a 6GB or 8GB RAM and an integrated 5G modem. The phone runs on stock Android 10 and is part of the Android One program, so users will be guaranteed 2 years of upgrades and 3 years of monthly security updates. The internal storage options are 64GB and 128GB, and both can be expanded further via a dedicated microSD slot.
The Nokia 8.3 5G is powered by a 4500mAh battery that can be charged up to 18W speeds.

Nokia 8.3 5G Price and Availability
The Nokia 8.3 5G price is €599 and sales will start in the summer. The phone will be available in single Polar night colour which is inspired by the northern lights.
