Nokia 2.3 Announced: The Latest Budget Android One Smartphone

Nokia recently announced the Nokia 2.3, which is the company’s latest budget Android One smartphone.  The Nokia 2.3 price is €109 and it is already available for purchase from offline and online stores.

The Nokia 2.3 is made out of polymer and it is very simple to behold. The front of the phone has a notched 6.2 inch, 720p display with some fairly sizeable bezels. On the side of the phone, you will find a dedicated button for Google Assistant. The back of the Nokia 2.3 has a 3D nano-textured cover with a rubbed pattern for additional grip. The phone is available in three colours – Sand, Cyan Green, and Charcoal.

The Nokia 2.3 runs on the MediaTek Helio A22 chipset, paired with 2GB of memory and 32GB of expandable internal storage.It features dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 5.0, microUSB, FM radio and headphone jack.

At the back of the phone, you will find a dual camera setup which is made up of 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front is a 5MP camera that also supports face unlock.

The Nokia 2.3 is powered by a 4000mAh battery, which the manufacturer claims ir provides 2 days of battery life. The sad part is that there is no fast charging support and the phone is only capable of 5W charging.

Like other Nokia Android phones, the Nokia 2.3 is also an Android One device. Nokia promises 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of monthly security updates. Overall, the Nokia 2.3 is a wonderful device, but it is meant for the low-end segment of the market and at that price, it is perfect.
