The Motorola One Hyper was officially launched recently, and it came with many “first” features for a Moto Phone. It comes with more than you would expect from a mid-range smartphone. The is the first phone coming from Motorola that has a pop-up camera. The 32MP sensor (0.8µm pixels, 1.6µm with pixel binning) also makes this the highest resolution selfie cam on a Moto phone. Read on and set your eyes in the full specification and price of the Motorola One Hyper.
Motorola One Hyper Features
The Motorola One Hyper features a Quad Bayer filters on the rear and selfie cameras, this enables the Motorola’s Night Vision feature for the low-lights shots. The secondary camera on the back is a 118° ultra wide shooter with an 8MP sensor (and not a depth sensor like rumors claimed). As for video recording, the main camera can do 2160p/30 fps (there’s a 60fps mode at 1080p).
The Motorola One Hyper features a 6.5” Total Vision display with 1080p+ resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. It’s an IPS LCD, which pushes the fingerprint reader on the back (which doubles as a notification light).
This is the first phone or device as a whole with “Hyper Charging” – Motorola’s take on 45W wired charging (the fastest by the company yet by a large margin). In 10 minutes it can load in 12 hours worth of battery life. Unfortunately, the charger is sold separately – you get a standard 15W charger in the box. Anyway, the battery has a 4,000mAh capacity.
The Motorola One Hyper is powered by the Snapdragon 675 chipset, which was used in other recent Moto phones including the Moto Z4 and Moto One Zoom. The chipset is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The One Hyper also runs on Android 10 out-of-the-box and sports the well-liked Moto Actions.
The internal storage can be expanded further up to 1TB via a microSd card slot, But this means you have to ditch the second SIM slot on the phone.
Motorola One Hyper Price and Availability
The Motorola One Hyper price goes for $400 and BRL2,200 in the United States of America and Brazil respectively. It is already available for purchase in both countries. At the moment, the only available colour option is the Blue Ocean colour. If you are ready to exercise a little patience, Amber Red and Fresh Orchid colours will be available soon.
The One Hyper will also be made available for purchase in the United Kingdom in no distant time too, but the price is still unknown.
