Motorola Moto G62 5G and Moto G42 Full Specifications

Motorola has silently announced two new phones in its Moto G lineup – the Moto G62 5G and the LTE-equipped Moto G42. Both phones will be arriving in the Brazilian markets in no distant time, and they will also be launched in selected markets across Europe, Asia, Latin America, India, and the Middle East. This page reveals the full specifications of both, the latest Moto G smartphones.

Moto G62 5G Features

The Moto G62 5G is powered by Snapdragon 480+. It has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. At the front, you will find a 16MP selfie camera housed in a punch-hole cutout. The rear camera consists of a 50MP primary camera alongside an 8MP ultra-wide module and a 2MP macro lens. The G62 5G comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage which can be expanded further via the microSD slot.

The Moto G62 5G can be used for long hours as it packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 20W charging. On the software front, it runs on Android 12 with MuUX UI on top. Other important features of the phone include stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader that doubles as a power button. You have two color options to choose from when you want to buy the Moto G62 5G – Graphite and Green. The price and availability will be made known very soon.

Moto G42 Features

The Moto G42, on the other hand, comes with a 6.4-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution, and a 60Hz refresh rate. Looking at the cameras, the front has a 16MP selfie cam while the backpacks have a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro cameras. The Moto G42 is powered by Snapdragon 680 processor, while the RAM is 4GB, and the internal storage is 128GB which can be expanded further.

The Moto G42 also gets a 5000mAh battery with 20W charging, s well as stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The phone also runs on Android 12 with UX UI on top. It will be sold in Blue and Rose colors, though the pricing and availability will be announced later.
