Huawei has officially unveiled the Huawei Y6P, Y5P, alongside the MediaPad T8 in Romania today. This article contains all the details you need to know about these entry-level devices, which also includes their prices you can buy them in Romania.
Huawei Y6P
The Huawei Y6P is built around a 6.3-inch IPS panel with HD_ resolution and a waterdrop notch, which houses the 8MP front-facing camera. At the back, you will find a 13MP main camera alongside a 5MP ultrawide module and a 2MP depth helper. You will also find a capacitive fingerprint scanner at the rear.

Under the hood of the Huawei Y6P, lies the Helio P22 chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage (which can be expanded further via a microSD card slot). The phone is powered by a massive 5000mAh battery, but it charges over the outdated micro USB port. On the software front, the Y6P runs on EMUI 10.1 on top of Android 10 without Google Mobile Services. It comes with Huawei’s own HMS suite.

The Huawei Y6P will be available in Green, Black, and Purple colours. It has a starting price of RON 799 (€165). Pre-orders start tomorrow with a RON 200 (€40) discount.
Huawei Y5P
The Huawei Y5P comes with a 5.45-inch TFT LCD with classic top and bottom bezels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The back has a single 8MP camera with an LED flash, while on the front you will find a 5MP selfie shooter.

The Huawei Y5P is powered by the same Helio P22 chipset as the Y6P, paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage (which again is expandable via a microSD card slot). The battery is 3020mAh and is charged bvia the microUSB port. The phone runs on EMUI 10.1 with Android 10 with no Google Mobile Services.

The Huawei Y5P is available in Black, Blue, and Mint colors.. It goes on pre-order tomorrow for 599 RON (€125), early birds can take advantage of the same RON 200 (€40) discount.
Huawei MediaPad T8
The Huawei MediaPad T8 is a budget tablet. It comes with an 8-inch LCD panel of 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. At the back, you will find a 5MP primary camera, while the front packs a 2MP selfie camera.
Under the hood of the MediaPad T8, we have the eight-core MTK8768 chipset, 2GB RAM and 16/32GB internal storage (which is also expandable via the microSD slot). The tablet has a massive 5100mAh battery. It runs on EMUI 10,0,1 on top Android 10 and does not have GMS.

The Huawei MediaPad T8 comes in a single blue colour, and has a RON 500 (€100) pricetag and will be available later this month of May.
