We are already in the last month of the year, yet various phone brands are still in the business releasing new smartphones into the market. Huawei is not left out of this as they are set to launch a new smatphone known as Huawei Nova 2S in just some few days from today. The leak was made on Weibo (a popular Chinese social network), as images of the device are being shared on the social network platform.
The interesting part is that there was no rumour or neither has anyone heard about the Huawei Nova 2S until its images and some of its specs was leaked on Weibo last week. The big bang was that the brand even announced the launch date which is slated for this week (the exact date is stated below in the launch dare segment). The leaked image of the Huawei Nova 2S suggest it will be coming with a dual camera setup.

The Huawei Nova 2S appears to be the successor to the earlier launched Huawei Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus, and it promises to come with enhanced specs and features than its predecessors, all thanks to the thin bezels that comes with the design.

The Huawei Nova 2S is made up of metal and glass, and like I said earlier on, it will have a dual camera setup at the rear panel. Looking at the design, it looks a little bit similar to that of the Huawei Mae 10 as it has a front-facing fingerprint scanner as well which might also function as its home key. The Huawei Nova 2S will also utilize on-screen navigation buttons.

The display of the Huawei Nova 2S has rounded corners, and all the physical buttons will be included on the right -hand-side of the smartphone. From the leaks, the Nova 2S will be powered by a Kirin 960 64-bit octa-core processor, coupled by a massive 6GB RAM for enhanced performance. The phone has a 6 inch full HD Display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. This specs makes it top notch.
Talking about the camera, the Huawei Nova 2S boasts of a 20MP and 16MP dual camera setup at its rear panel, and a 20MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. It will come with Android 8 Oreo out-of-the-box, in addition with Huawei’s custom UI, Emotion UI (EMUI) 8.0, on top of Google’s OS.
