The popular HTC Desire 12 will be getting a larger, and more improved sibling, the HTC Desire 12 Plus. It is more improved in terms of general specs which you will get to see as you read on, and the phone display will be having a 18:9 aspect ratio. Both smartphones will be bringing HTC’s new premium design to the low end. Read on and get more information about the HTC Desire 12 Plus.
HTC Desire 12 Plus Features
The HTC Desire 12 Plus model will have a 5.99 inch LCD screen (which was increased from the 5.5 inch of the standard variant), but still maintains the same 720 x 1440 pixel resolution. This increases the dimension of the Desire 12 Plus to 158.2 x 76.5 x 8.4mm and weight of 155g.
From the camera section, the HTC Desire 12 Plus sports a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front. This is a total upgrade of the camera specs of the non-plus model.
Another upgrade from the non-plus model is that the HTC Desire 12 Plus moves from a MediaTek chipset (with a quad-core processor) to a Snapdragon 450 (octa-core A53 at 14nm). It also has a 3GB RAM and a 32GB internal storage same as the non-plus model though.
The HTC Desire 12 Plus will be powered by a 2965mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support, though the bundled charger is rated for only 5V at 1.5A, which is literarily not quick charge at all.
