Honor has officially announced its latest pair of affordable tablets in China – the Honor Tablet 6 and X6. Both tablets come with LCD panels, 5100mAh batteries, Android 10, and run on the Kirin 710A platform.

The main difference between the Honor Tablet 6 and X6 can be found in their displays. The Honor Tablet 6 features a 10.1-inch FHD+ panel while the X6 comes with a 9.7-inch 1200 x 800-pixel resolution.
Both tablets have dual speaker setups and 2MP selfie cameras. Moving to the back, you will find single 5MP shooters. The batteries on both tablets have 5100mAh capacities and charge over USB-C.
The software in the Honor Tablet 6 and X6 are covered by Magic UI 3.1 which sits on top of Android 10. The new tablets also support the Honor Magic-Pencil stylus and come pre-installed with the Huawei Education Center and Children’s Paradise apps.
Honor Tablet 6 Price and Release Date
The Honor Tablet 6 price is CNY1,299 ($185) for the Wi-Fi only 3/32GB version, while the LTE model with 4/128GB memory configuration costs CNY1,899 ($271). The Honor Tablet 6 release date is slated for July 28, 2020.
Honor Tablet X6 Price and Release Date
The Honor Tablet X6 price starts at CNY1,099 ($157) for the 3/32GB Wi-Fi only version, and CNY1,199 ($171) for the 3/32GB LTE version. The release date in China is scheduled to commence in August.
